I have loved everything and everyone at Marshall since my first day at USC! During my freshman year, I traveled to Beijing with the Global Leadership Program (GLP), a very eye-opening and inspirational experience. I also interned in Shanghai this last summer at a company called GreenTree. I joined MBSG during my first semester and it has been my favorite activity ever since! My goal is to hear the student voice and create initiatives that will support and benefitMarshall Students. In my free time, I love eating yummy desserts and spending time with my amazing parents, sisters, and cousins. Feel free to come up to me anytime you see me on campus if you have any ideas for changes or new initiatives you would like to see implemented at Marshall or even if you just want to say hi!

Being at USC has been the best experience of my life thus far. I've created many fond memories over the past year, whether it be traveling abroad with a group of forty talented business students to my hometown or immersing myself in this community that is the Trojan family. MBSG has been an integral part of my experience at USC, and it will continue to be so as we organize a multitude of programs and events for the students at Marshall. Outside of MBSG, I enjoy learning about small businesses in Los Angeles, competing with other schools as a part of USC's Club Badminton team, and experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen. If you have any questions, comments, or new ideas for MBSG, feel free to contact me at carsonkl@usc.edu!
